Warranty, Refunds, and Returns
Satisfye Product Limited Warranty
Only products registered through our website are eligible to receive the manufacturers extended three (3) year warranty. You must register your product within thirty (30) days of the purchase date to receive additional three (3) year warranty.
Unregistered products are warrantied to the original purchaser for the product's normal intended use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If a defect covered under this warranty occurs, Satisfye will replace the product, at Satisfye's option, at no charge. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse or modification of the product.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing.
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
If you have a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days of your order’s delivered by date (45 days for international orders) and we’ll be glad to get things fixed up.
- If we made a mistake with your order, we’ll do whatever it takes to make it right. Just contact us and we’ll take care of the rest.
- If you made a mistake when you ordered (wrong size, changed your mind, wrong address, etc) you’re welcome to request a refund/re-ship. All we ask is for any returned items to be in good condition. Contact us and we’ll let you know how to proceed! We are more than happy to provide a refund, but we can only refund the cost of the item; we do not refund the cost of shipping.
We accept returns within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product with proof of purchase. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer a replacement only. Items must be in "like new, unaltered condition". Definition of like new, unaltered condition is
- without showing signs of damage or abuse in any way
- within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed, only replacements)
- must not be a special order or a custom order
- unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for store credit or a full refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it and proof of purchase from the Satisfye Online Store.
